OPHID is a dynamic team of clinicians, social scientists, public health practitioners and researchers who have a shared passion for the development and implementation of innovative approaches and evidence-based strategies to strengthen the provision of quality health services in Zimbabwe and beyond.

At all levels of the organization, we pride ourselves on supporting continuous professional development. All OPHID staff have received training and certification in the International Computers Driving Licenses, UN standards of conduct on sexual exploitation and abuse. Over the past 5 years, multiple OPHID employees have pursued continuing education.

Our teamwork not only produces public heath impact for the most vulnerable, but is recognized  through achievement of international, regional and local awards. We have over multiple awards for our HR, finance, programmatic, research and strategic information innovations, evidence and  leadership.
