Dr Dhodho’s 15-year career dedicated to global health has spanned health systems strengthening, health financing (Performance-Based Financing), maternal and child health and disease control. Efison is a Medical Doctor, with a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management. As SIEL Director, Efison has driven innovation in data systems, use of data for clinical and program decision-making and the use of emergent technologies that have been adopted by government and recognized by scientific and donor communities through multiple awards including the USAID 2023 Digital Development Award.
